views and lovely cooling mountain breezes in the
Summer. A very peaceful location
near enough for the night life in
Hisaronu and far enough away not to
hear it.
Why this location?
We stayed at the complex in 2013, for 2 weeks and fell in love with Turkey, the area and the lovely, friendly Turkish people.

What are the unique benefits of the property?
Mimosa Apartments are located on the Ovacik/Hisaronu border. Ovacik is the most popular residential area in Olu Deniz because of the refreshing mountain breezes, stunning views and proximity to Hisaronu and Fethiye respectively. The apartment is in a privately owned complex of 9 villas. The site is set off the main Fethiye/Olu Deniz road and so is very peaceful with very little traffic on the road around the site, yet we are only 50m away from the main road and the first restaurant in Ovacik, and just a 10 minutes walk down in to Hisaronu. You are only a few minutes walk from local shops and a 2 minutes walk from the local bus/dolmus stops. The resort of Hisaronu is a 10 minutes walk away and Fethiye can be reached by Dolmus in 20 minutes. The world famous Olu
Deniz Lagoon is also located nearby and is 10 minutes away by dolmus.

"Perfect Everything"
Perfect situation. Perfect accommodation. Perfect everything. What a fantastic apartment, the gardens are immaculate and the swimming pool is fabulous. Every morning it is cleaned and the water quality is perfect.. The beach is easily reached within 5min on a Dolmus. The shopping area is a short distance away. My wife and son both agree, simply the best. You have lots of things to do if you want or you can laze around the fantastic pool. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.
